Segregation at Hospital
We segregate soiled linens, garments, and textiles in designated bins or containers based on infection control guidelines and type of items (e.g., regular laundry, contaminated linens, biohazardous materials).
Sorting
We sort the segregated linens further based on fabric type, color, level of infection, and level of soiling to prepare them for transportation to the central laundry facility.
Transport to Plant
we put clean linens and soiled linens into designated and disinfected trolleys, by keeping them separate. Than Transport the trolleys containing clean and soiled linens to the central laundry facility, ensuring a hygienic and separate transport process. We Inspect the linens in each trolley for any visible stains, damages, or special handling requirements.
Washing
Our washing process done using following methods, Thermal Washing(For heavily soiled and durable linens, initiate thermal washing using high-temperature cycles suitable for the fabric type to ensure effective sanitation and stain removal.) , Low Temperature Washing(For delicate fabrics or linens that require gentle care, utilize low-temperature washing cycles to prevent damage and maintain the fabric’s integrity.) , Dry Cleaning(For linens labeled as “dry clean only” or those needing special handling, utilize the dry cleaning process using appropriate solvents and techniques to remove stains and maintain fabric quality.) and Home Washing(Some linens with specific care instructions may be suitable for home washing. Ensure the linens are compatible with home washing machines and follow the recommended guidelines, including temperature settings and detergent types, for optimal cleaning).
Drying and Ironing
Transfer the washed linens to industrial dryers and set the appropriate drying cycle and temperature to ensure thorough drying. Once dry, the linens are passed through commercial ironing and folding machines to ensure they are crisp and neatly folded.
Storage
Sort the clean and folded linens based on type and department, and store them in labeled storage areas.
Transport to Hospital
Pack the clean, folded linens in sealed and labeled containers or bags for transportation back to the hospital. Safely transport the cleaned and packaged linens back to the hospital following designated protocols and hygiene standards.
